I lost a couple buy in real quick..then, managed to win a couple...never did get to a ring game on UB, before I took a break...
[Lumpy's Blog] Frustrating day at the tables: The last two days I've pounded out hands at Party Poker and Pokerroom. The action at Pokerroom is pretty crazy right now with everyone chasing the new $300 bonus, I've never seen the site so busy and they seemed to have fixed the freezing and disconnecting they were having last week.
[Nickleanddimes] I'd play in more tournaments but...: Fired up a $50 NL table and luckily caught AA on my third hand a board of K Q 2 brought some concern (especially considering my cards to this point), I fired off a 1/2 pot size bet and got one caller, a Q on the turn made me happy that the wife and Little Drizz were not in the room as I said some rather choice words to the poker gods. I checked and the callers checked behind me.
