[Betting at Betfair] Like running through treacle: I'm a bit worried about the potential flush draw and I make a continuation bet (c-bet) of 759. Now this is the first time I've not bet an even amount so will look odd to anyone watching.
[Shermhoy's Weblog] Short Session against a regular on Full Tilt: So he starts off by winning 120 or so when he raised the flop of 4 5 7 two clubs and i had 10 7. I called and turn comes and ace and he fired 150 into a 170 dollar pot. It just didn’t have a good feel to it and I laid it down. I was able to work myself back even by showing some agression and bluffing at some middle sized pots. Then the big hand came up. I had AA and raised to 18 and he called. Flop is 3 5 8 and he checks i bet 27 he calls. Turn is a 3 pairing the board, he checks I bet 67 and he makes it 170 i think for a while fully going to call but wanted to make it look as if i was weak. I put him on a club draw as there were two out there or something like top pair weak kicker. The River blanked as it was no club and it was a 4 and he leads out for 350 really quick..i basically instacalled and he showed 5 7 :). He only had 120 left and the next hand we get it all in on flop he had set and I had nut flush draw and was able to draw out on him. He got up and left after this hand and it was very satisfieing to be able to take down a regular and feel good about my game.
[Hell's Cold Day] Flush Draw Tutorial: You are on a draw, lets say a flush draw, and the player ahead of you bets. Assuming the bettor is the only other player in the hand, I say you raise.
[The Daily Punt betting forum] River Check / Raising: The checkraise is interesting as it guarantees a bet from him, I cant see him not taking a stab at it even with a missed straight draw (and he may not have missed the 97 completes and id be looking at that incase he had it). The checkraise is good here although I probably would have just overlooked it and put a bet out there myself in truth like a gimp.
[The Punters Lounge - The World's Best Betting Forum] Flush draw............fold/call/raise: So I've got nut flush draw, gutshot nut straight draw, also 2 overs but I doubt their validity as K would no likely make a straight for an opponent and A may make 2 pair for an opponent ( this is what I was thinking at the time ) and since I re-raised preflop I decide to follow through and I bet $400 into the pot and CO raises all in and button calls all in as well! So the pot is now a monster of $3750!
[leggopoker] 200NL: KQs, flush draw, makes two pair on river: Comments on all streets please. Oh and I flat call turn because I simply don't want him to shove on me if I raise even though my hand is pretty strong I would hate him shoving .
[pokerstars Poker Blog] EPT San Remo: Jason Mercier, a PokerStars qualifier from Florida ...: Suspended in disbelief the colour drained from Darios face as behind him his friend Luca Pagano looked the same. From a sense of jubilee at the start today to a horrid anti-climax, the Italian dream of a home winner was over and it had catapulted Jason Mercier into a position of total domination.

[stoxpoker.com | Collection of poker blogs and poker strategy from online poker pros -] Brief Foxwoods Report: The river brought the backdoor flush, and the big blind checked again. I really didn't think he called the turn with a flush draw, and I really thought I had the best hand as this player was very straightforward and it seemed clear he didn't like the king on the turn.
[Shermhoy's Weblog] NCAA Title Game and some Poker: For some reason they decided to start the NCAA Title game at 9:20PM so that the East coast viewers would have to be up past Midnight watching the game. This gave me some time before the game started to get in a quick poker session as I was really interested in watching the game. I had to make dinner for my gf so I actually was playing HU poker while cooking turkey burgers. This was a site to be seen as I had the laptop on top of the fridge and the spatula in one hand basically playin poker with my left hadn and cooking with my right. It turned out alright as the guy who bought in for 300, ran it up to almost 600 as he was just getting some cards and then I stacked him luckily as my AK > QQ. That made for a successfull dinner cooking process. We ate dinner and then I played one more session with another guy buying in for 300. This guy I was able to get down to about 200 but then he pushed on a flop of Ah 6c 4h and I called. I had A 8 and he had 6h 7h for a pair and a flush draw and we are racing. He of course hits the flush on the turn and im dead. I was able to stack him though later in the match as this guy was just a calling station and got frusterated and made some bluffs later on that I was able to pick off. That made it for a nice night up 600.
[Poker & Blackjack Blog] Poker Tournament Strategy - Winning Sit and Gos: Once you lose a bad beat, let’s say you have AA the other player has QQ, the flop comes 4, 7, J rainbow. There is no chance of a flush draw or straight draw.
[pokerlistings.com - Blog] Strategy Snapshot: The Ego Has Landed: Playing combo draws aggressively is an absolute must in Hold'em - you're only a slight dog against even the best hands. For example, if PA had K-Q, Hastings would actually be a 51-49 favorite.
[T6poker Blog] My Sanremo Day-1: First hand of the tournament I made the nut flush on an Ace river and over bet 5500 versus someone I thought had a smaller flush or a set. He showed an Ace for top pair, but I assume he made two pair.
[pokerlistings.com - Blog] Getting Paid on a Monster: For example, if I've flopped a huge hand against a very tight player, I may try to overbet the pot to make it look like I'm stealing with a weak hand. Hopefully, he'll read my play the way I want him to and either call or re-raise me to push me off the hand.
